Copyright & Content Policy

1. Overview

Muzlo respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This Copyright & Content Policy explains your obligations when uploading content and how rights holders may report concerns.

Muzlo provides storage and playback tools. We do not create, select, or commercially exploit User Content on behalf of users, and we do not guarantee that all uploaded content is lawful or licensed.

2. Your Obligations

You may upload only content that you own or are authorized to use. This includes music, podcasts, recordings, and other audio for which you hold necessary copyright, licensing, or other legal permissions.

Uploading copyrighted works without authorization may violate law and these Terms. You bear sole responsibility for determining whether your uploads are permitted.

3. Muzlo Is Not Responsible for Uploaded Content

Muzlo acts as a neutral hosting platform. We do not monitor all uploads and we do not assume editorial control over User Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muzlo disclaims all liability for User Content, including claims that uploaded material infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, or that it is defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise harmful.

Any legal responsibility for uploaded content rests with the user who uploaded it, not with Muzlo, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Muzlo's role is limited to providing technical infrastructure. We do not endorse, sponsor, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of any User Content.

4. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or store content that:

Infringes copyright, neighboring rights, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Violates privacy, publicity, or personality rights.
Contains malware or is intended to disrupt systems or networks.
Is illegal in the applicable jurisdiction or promotes unlawful activity.
Was obtained through unauthorized access to third-party systems or accounts.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing or otherwise prohibited content, as determined in our reasonable discretion.

6. Reporting Copyright or Content Concerns

If you believe content stored on Muzlo infringes your copyright or otherwise violates your rights, send a detailed notice to our designated contact address. Include sufficient information for us to locate the material and evaluate the claim, such as:

We may forward your notice to the uploading user where appropriate. Submitting false or bad-faith claims may carry legal consequences.

Identification of the copyrighted work or right allegedly infringed.
Identification of the material on the Service and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
Your contact information.
A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature.

7. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the information required by applicable law. We may restore content unless the complainant initiates legal proceedings within the period required by law.

8. Our Right to Remove Content

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to User Content at any time if we reasonably believe it violates this Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law, or if removal is necessary to protect Muzlo, users, or third parties.

Removal of content does not create an obligation to monitor future uploads and does not imply admission of liability by Muzlo.
