Terms of Service
Terms and conditions governing your use of Muzlo.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Muzlo website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Muzlo ("Muzlo", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Copyright & Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Muzlo provides tools to upload, store, organize, sync, and play audio files across supported devices. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
The Service is currently provided free of charge. No payment, subscription, or billing is required to create an account or use the core features available today.
The Service is provided for personal, lawful use unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or file format.
3. Pricing
Muzlo does not charge fees for the Service at this time. If we introduce optional paid features or plans in the future, we will publish the applicable pricing and payment terms before any charge is made, and your use of paid features will require your explicit acceptance of those terms.
4. Accounts and Security
To create an account, you must provide your name and a valid email address, and choose a password. These fields are required for registration and sign-in.
You must keep your registration information accurate and your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
5. User Content and Your Responsibilities
"User Content" means any audio files, metadata, images, text, or other material you upload, transmit, or store through the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant Muzlo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and process that content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and to comply with applicable law.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required to upload, store, and use it through the Service.
Muzlo does not claim ownership of User Content and does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any User Content. The Service functions as a technical platform that enables you to manage your own files.
- You will not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
- You will not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- You will not upload malware, corrupted files intended to disrupt systems, or content designed to circumvent technical protections.
- You will not use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
6. No Responsibility for User Content
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muzlo is not responsible or liable for User Content, including its accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
Muzlo does not pre-screen, monitor, or review all User Content and has no obligation to do so. We may, but are not required to, remove or restrict access to User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
If a report, complaint, security issue, or other dispute arises in connection with the Service, Muzlo may review relevant User Content, including listening to uploaded audio, solely as needed to investigate the issue, enforce these Terms and our other policies, comply with law, or protect users and the Service. Such review is limited, proportionate, and does not mean that Muzlo monitors all uploads.
Any reliance on User Content is at your own risk. Muzlo does not guarantee that User Content will remain available, unchanged, or free from loss.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please follow the procedure described in our Copyright & Content Policy.
7. Muzlo Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation (excluding User Content), is owned by Muzlo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limitation, you must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Service operation, scrape or harvest data except through documented APIs, or use the Service in a manner that could harm Muzlo, other users, or third parties.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service creates legal or security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete User Content after a reasonable retention period unless retention is required by law.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muzlo disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Muzlo does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors, defects, or harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muzlo and its directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the Service or User Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muzlo's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is zero (USD $0), because the Service is currently provided free of charge and you do not pay Muzlo to use it.
If we introduce paid features in the future, this limitation will apply to the amount you actually paid Muzlo for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, but only for claims relating to those paid features.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Muzlo and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party rights.
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Muzlo is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at the address below.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to the legal contact address published on the Service or to the email address configured for legal inquiries.
